MARYLAND COALITION FOR INCLUSIVE EDUCATION (MCIE) MCIE was established for the inclusion of children with disabilities in their neighborhood schools. MCIE provides information and advocacy services for parents.	410-859-5400 800-899-8837
PARENT RESOURCE CENTER The center exists to provide a resource for parents, educators, and the community that will benefit all youth with disabilities. The center provides training, resources and linkages between the school and the community.	410-996-5637
