Parents/Guardians - For Your Information

  1. Registration time is between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm on Saturday in the Study Lounge of Washington College. There will be signs to lead you in the right direction. At registration, parents/guardians will have to pay a $25 key deposit to Washington College (check or cash) for the student's dorm key. This will be returned during check out as long as the student's key is returned at that time.

  3. If you need to call your child in the case of an emergency, the number will be posted during registration. There will be a voice mail system set up, please leave a message if no one is available to take your call.
  4. On Saturday there is an exhibition and final performance. There will be signs to lead you into the correct areas. The following schedule will be in effect:
    • 10:45 am - 11:25 am
      Lunch (Parents invited for a minimal cost)
    • 11:30 am - 12:10 pm
      Exhibit at Larabee Arts Center
    • 12:15 pm - 2:00 pm
      Final Performance at Tawes Theatre
    • 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm
      Pack up and Check out
